Yoga Sangraha
mit Vivien
Wednesday 17:00 - 18:00 hrs
Yoga Sangraha, which translates from Sanskrit as "collection" or "compendium," is a contemporary Hatha Yoga practice that brings together classical Indian yoga lineages and modern scientific research into a coherent approach.
What makes it distinct is its organizing principle: balancing the nervous system. Gentle and unhurried, with an emphasis on homeostasis rather than
performance, the practice adapts to the student’s needs and allows you to meet yourself wherever you are right now.
Yoga Sangraha was created by Eddie Stern as an alternative to contemporary rather performative Hatha yoga approaches.

Silent Plant Yoga
mit Kira
Wednesday 18:15 - 19:15 hrs
It is a yoga practice beyond words.
A nonverbal, ritual-based yoga practice that combines movement, music, and the effects of plants.
The sessions are intentionally conducted without spoken instructions and are guided by visual cues, plant tea, herbal essential sprays and a musical journey.
Each session is dedicated to one element-earth, water, fire, air, and ether-and is accompanied by herbs and plant essences.
These are subtly introduced into the space through scents, and little card of description, incense, or sprays, supporting the specific quality of the practice:
The focus is on intuitive movement, somatic awareness, and inner alignment. It is about embodying the felt essence of the plant introduced.

Pranayama
with Lea Asja
Sunday 17:00 - 18:00 hrs
Pranayama is nothing but the training of the breath in a yogic way. It is - unlike deep breathing or breathwork - unique to Yoga.
Pranayama as standalone practice is tapping pathways to facilitate flow of prana, remove blockages, and ‘lubricate’ fascia. Every class focuses on cleansing and purifying the biome which works directly on the vagal nerve complex. Specific pranayamas such as Brahmari to increase Nitric Oxide, helping to efficiently deliver O2 to the tissues and cells of the body and aiding renjuvenation on a cellular level.
Classes will focus completely on one hour of “pure practice”. There will be complete guidance but less explanation.
A variety of relaxation techniques that give the body and mind the means to cope with inevitable stresses, and knowing how to properly close a satisfying pranayama practice session are just as important.
The aim is for participants of all levels, teachers and sincere yoga practitioners to experience the effects of a regular and consistent pranayama practice.
Changing your breath, changing your life for the better. Health, inner peace, focus, and happiness.
