Dynamic Vinyasa Flow [EN]

Monday 18:00 - 19:00 hrs

A strong yet fluid Vinyasa flow that builds heat, focus and freedom in the body. We move with intention and breath, strengthening through balancing poses while keeping the flow smooth and alive.

As we invite strength back into the body, the practice gradually eases into softer stretches and a peaceful finish, leaving you with a good energy.

Welcoming all levels.​​​

​​​Güçlü ve akışkan bir Vinyasa pratiÄŸi ile vücuda enerjiyi, odağı ve özgüveni geri çağırıyoruz. Nefes ve niyetle hareket ederken denge pozlarıyla güçleniyor, rahatlatıcı esnemelerle hem yumuÅŸak hem canlı kalıyoruz.

Pratik kendi doÄŸal akışında içimizi huzurla dolduracak ve mattan iyi hislerle ayrılmamızı saÄŸlayacak.

Flexibility Lab

with Javiera Lagos

Tuesday 16:30 - 17:30 hrs

Inspired by the foundational principles of Rhythmic Gymnastics, our  Flexibility Lab class offers an integrated approach to flexibility training, focusing on safe biomechanics to develop a larger range of motion along with a deeper understanding of body movement. This class covers techniques in passive, dynamic and active flexibility with an emphasis on building strength for stability and body awareness to prevent injury. Breathing techniques are incorporated to calm the mind and deepen the connection with the body, increasing focus and relaxation.

 

This class is an ideal complement for those involved in artistic sports, including  pole dancing, circus arts, ice skating, dance, yoga and marcial arts. It's also perfect for those who want to improve their flexibility, refine their technique, and train in a safe, supportive environment. Join us to expand your range of motion, and cultivate a strong, flexible, and injury resistant body.

Handstand - Open level

Challenge yourself and have fun learning a new skill in a supportive environment.

 

This class will show you how to build the right foundations of strength and skill to learn a handstand, connecting you with your body in a new way.

 

Push yourself knowing you’re being guided by an experienced teacher.

 

With a limited class size for increased feedback.

 

Who’s it for:

This class is for complete beginners and those who still need the assistance to get to balance.

Handstand - Intermediate/Advance

with Craig Gadd

Wednesday 19:30 - 20:45

Discover how to achieve the next level of handstand skills.

 

This class will set you on the path to learn what you thought might be impossible, and allow you to push yourself knowing you’re being guided by an experienced teacher in a supportive environment.

 

Developing your understanding and building your strength for: longer and more consistent holds, changing shapes, pressing to handstand, and the foundations for one arm transfers.

 

WIth a limited class size for increased feedback from the teacher.

 

Who’s it for:

For this intermediate/advanced class participants need to be comfortable and safe kicking to a handstand in the middle of the room. Either balancing for a short time (at least 5 seconds) or having spoken with Craig previously as this class builds on the foundations from the beginner class.
